Support Engineer

We are currently looking for a Support Engineer for our support department. You will join a small team providing Support Service Level and Performance Level Agreements (SLA / PLA) for SAGE banking suite of products (Prospero and Black Swan). This include providing scripts and source code modifications for production environments.


The following profile is required:


  • University or equivalent technical degree

Technical/business knowledge

  • Strong development experience in Oracle (DDL and DML) and PL/SQL
  • Experience in banking application development or large ERP system
  • Good analysis and research skills
  • Good oral and written English
  • Knowledge of following technologies will be a plus: Magic, Oracle BI, Java (J2EE), web services (Weblogic)
  • Knowledge of banking/finance jargon

  • Good problem solver, with attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure; resilient and hard working.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.

Working period

  • Full-time
  • Availability for week day night shift


  • Start date: as soon as possible or to be agreed upon
  • Main work location is Makati
