Support Engineer
We are currently looking for a Support Engineer for our support department. You will join a small team providing Support Service Level and Performance Level Agreements (SLA / PLA) for SAGE banking suite of products (Prospero and Black Swan). This include providing scripts and source code modifications for production environments.
The following profile is required:
Grade
- University or equivalent technical degree
Technical/business knowledge
- Strong development experience in Oracle (DDL and DML) and PL/SQL
- Experience in banking application development or large ERP system
- Good analysis and research skills
- Good oral and written English
- Knowledge of following technologies will be a plus: Magic, Oracle BI, Java (J2EE), web services (Weblogic)
- Knowledge of banking/finance jargon

- Good problem solver, with attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure; resilient and hard working.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Working period
- Full-time
- Availability for week day night shift
